1973 Custom Bronco - In our last newsletter, you read about the old, left-for-dead Bronco we found with the intention of nursing back to highway health.  Well, thanks to chief CCC mechanic Mike G and a handful of wrench-turning, torch-weilding members, we're happy to introduce to you the Tower of Power, Green Machine, Four-Wheeled Fuurrrrrrryyyyyyyy.........The new CCC Bronco!!!!!!  Packin' a touquey 302 Ford crate motor, lift kit, obscenely large tires, an awesome new interior and paintjob, this gal turns more heads in Manhattan than a new Ferrari and will get you to the beach in style - just warn your passengers to lean a little in the corners

1973 Triumph TR-6 - If you're looking for a great motoring experience, there are few cars that can stack up to the TR-6.  WIth it's straight 6 motor, lightweight construction and two-seat configuation, the TR-6 is considered to be one of the last pure British sportscars.  Take this one for a romp through the curvies on Route 22 and you'll rediscover why you joined the Classic Car Club in the first place.

1965 Ford Mustang Convertible - Like mustangs? have a thing for convertibles? Love a good old 302 motor? Dig that vintage white interior? We thought so. Say hi to our new '65 'Stang. Great looks, world-renowned lines, horses embossed in the seats and that unmistakable, throaty roar of a Ford V8.

08 Rossion Q1 - We picked the car, you picked the paint job and Rossion put it together and loaded it in the container finally, where she's currenty on a cruise, headed for New York.  The new CCC Rossion will be the first one in America.....consider yourself lucky. 

After a lot of hard work and fantstic help from super designer Marc Thorpe, the new Classic Car Club lounge will be complete in a week or so.  Keep a close eye on your inbox for our members-only kickoff party. 

24-hours of LeMons - (Aug 23-24) While it's true we have our own spec Miata endurance team (which you're welcome to race with us, just give Jeff a call), sometimes you have to let your inner dufus onto the track and have some junker fun.  Therefore, we've entered CCC into this years 24-hour of LeMons - the race where you can only enter a less-than-$500 car and hope to survive the viscious competition, as well as the car crusher and other dangers on the track.  There are three driver spots left, no race license required, and plent of spots open to come help in the pits, so if you would like to be part of the Classic Car Club LeMons team, call Jeff as soon as possible.

Enduro Kart Race -  (AUG 19) Once again we're heading up to Grand Prix New York to do 50mph battle on the full-sized super kart track.  Every month, CCC at GPNY proves to be a tank full of fun, so if you've ever wanted to get behind the wheel of a seriously fast kart, or you want to defend your CCC kart series standings, make sure to call Jeff right away.  Spaces are limited. 

Rally to Hell: Europe - (Sept 18th - 22) Once in a great while, a life-changing opportunity presents itself and requires you to choose whether or not to grab life by the wheel, or to recoil back into your cubicle.  Classic Car Club's annual Rally To Hell is that opportunity, and this year's Rally is going Euro.  Four days, London to Berlin and back with Red Bull's Hangar 7, The Nurburing, hitching a ride in a World War II bomber and other opportunites for unbridled mischief in between.  Space is limited, so call Jeff if you would like to join us.

Triple C Endro Race @ Watkins Glen - (October 11) Triple C Racing takes to the Legendary Watkins Glen Road Course for a 3-hour SCCA endurance race on Saturday October 11th. If you have been waiting to take the plunge into door to door racing, this is your chance!  To get on the team, call Jeff.
 

Autogasm! - (August 20th) Have you ever walked into CCC and gotten a little hot under the collar from all the supercars laying around?  Well, we're offering the rare opportunity for members and non-members alike to drive six supercars in one day.  We will be leaving the Club at 10am, afterwhich, we'll put about 150 miles on the odometers through the twisties and the roads of Bear Moutnain.  A catered lunch and cocktail hour at the Club is all part of the fun.  Seats are limited, so call Michael if you're interested. 

Freakatorium, Part Deux (Oct 18) - Once again, CCC and manequin master Duncan Quinn are joining forces to host the second "Freakatorium", the most highly-styled weekend powered by low-morals, vintage bordeauxs, meals by Del Posto's Mario Carbone and entertainment from the performers at The Box.  If you missed the first one, you'd be mad to miss the second.  Spots are extremely limited, so call Michael with any quesitons. 

CCC Moto X Games - Recently, CCC did a petrol overdose at Raceway Park, where we piloted 80mph karts, ripped up a fleet of race-prepped mustangs and learned how to drift from powerslide king and world Formula Drift Champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. 

NASCAR @ Pocono - What do you get when you mix CCC and NASCAR?  A first-class tailgate BBQ, pit row passes, a bottomless cooler of PBR and a group of members nursing a Cadillac-sized hangover on Monday. 

MogoGP @ Laguna Seca - It's one thing to do 200mph on the track in a car, but to do it on a motorcycle is pure lunacy .  The type of lunacy CCC travels cross country for!  We were lucky enough to see Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner battle it out for more than 15 laps of the best racing we've seen in a very long time. 

Kevin Schwantz Race School - Michael and Sergio represented Classic Car Club well at Kevin Schantz motorcycle race school at Road Atlanta.  They learned a thing or three about what fast really means while dragging knees at more than 100mph.  Look out for the CCC motorcycle race team - coming to an emergency room near you!

We spied this safety-minded fellow at the hotel near the MotoGP in Laguna Seca, and it inspired us to put a new safety section in our newsletter.  He was surfing the dangerous tubes of the Internet for more than 40 minutes in full race grear, which made us think, maybe he's not so crazy.  One wouldn't want to come off his or her chair when accessing the web at full T1 speeds - limbs will be lost.
