Wine Course with CCC and Lever House - January 12 - Feb 9 Wine is like a big block - you might know how to check the oil, but there's a lot more you would like to understand.  Thankfully, New York's seminal restaraunt, Lever House is here to help.  Together, we will be hosting a five-week wine class at CCC headed up by Leaver House's manager and sommelier,  Arnaud Devulder.  Participants will learn everything from  how to select from the best Burgundy to what makes Oregon Pino Noirs so special, all in a terrific and friendly atomosphere.  The final class will be an evening of Champagne in Lever House's private dining room.  Classes start at 6:30 on Monday January 12 and continues every Monday through February 9.  $450 per person.  $800 for couples.  Space is limited, so if you're interested, contact Michael.
